Dzongri La trek

Dzongri la means, the place where people meet the gods of the mountains. It's the perfect trek for those who does not want to hike for a longer period of days, but still want to get the magical and a very close panoramic view of the Mt Kangchendzonga, the third highest peak of the world.

This Journey is created to give you a glimpse of the Sikkimese authentic life style where you will spend 4 nights at a local family's house and one night within a Buddhist monastery compound.

Accommodation in home stays which have been built in traditional methods using locally available materials and local expertise. These home stays are owned and managed by the families you will be living with.

The vegetables we eat are all organic home grown or brought from the local village markets, the same goes for the poultry and eggs.
